Practice Manager

Bev calls Perth her hometown, but she was educated in the United Kingdom. She qualified as a registered nurse in 1990, working in the fields of general medicine, medical research and accident, and emergency before changing her career pathway into medical administration.

With Western Smiles for 11 years, Bev loves witnessing the journey of new patients who come to see them. She reports that some are very nervous when they first contact the dental clinic and often report after their first visit that they feel reassured that they are going to be well cared for.

Bev says, “To see them develop into a patient who is relaxed about their dental visit is so rewarding. I love being part of a team that allows patients to feel this way. I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to meet our diverse patient base, and I love hearing all of the stories they share.”

Outside of the dental clinic, Bev enjoys a variety of water sports, making the most of the beautiful rivers and oceans Western Australia has to offer, as well as spending time with family and friends.
